May 2024 Reading Recap

May had more job interviews and finally included an offer.  All my listening was definitely for stress relief, and I was definitely distracted.  I think I had to re-listen to every minute of Alan Rickman's book due to distraction.

My most memorable book in May was Madly, Deeply the diaries of Alan Rickman.  I had been putting off listening to this for a while.  I felt weird about the ethics of this book being published after his death.  It felt personal, and maybe something that no one was ever meant to read.  But his changing styles with brief snippets and jotting things down, felt inspiring to me as a person who sometimes finds it difficult to decide what is worth writing down.
